I was pleasantly surprised when scrolling through Facebook and this challenge came up on my feed. I have received a lot of positive feed back, lots of photos and excitement around the book. However I did not expect this. I had to read it a couple times to process. A challenge for supervisors and management. wow!!!
I mean I feel the book is powerful, however, it is my life and my emotions so of course it has power to me. I know that through this journey I shifted and changed in many different ways and at the end I believe I became a better human than I was going into it.
To have it effect so many others, for people to feel the power of my words, to feel the desire to share and challenge others to read, learn and shift their thought process. I said it before and I will say it again WOW.

CHALLANGE
I am putting out a challenge for you to read this book, not to make sales but because I know this will help you. Even though I do want this book to sell well.
I wish this book was available when I was working. We are always looking for ways to help us learn in our positions.
I still get lots of calls from people I worked with asking for advice and I love being able to help.
Here is my challenge, I am challenging all ferry employees, in all departments. If you are a supervisor or plan to be a supervisor at some point in your career, I challenge you to get this book and read it. I promise you at some point you will Look at a situation or another persons situation with a more open mind. After you read this book message me and tell me what you got out of it. If you learnt anything from it I want you to challenge someone else to read it and have discussions on what they got out of it. Happy reading and learning.
